The story
What Abhiman is looking for
I don't really care much about job titles. My ideal role is one where I'm building products, solving problems, and shipping things that people actually use. The days I enjoy most are when I have a difficult problem to figure out, a lot of ownership, and the freedom to move quickly. I tend to lose track of time when I'm building features, debugging something that's been bothering me for hours, or taking an idea from a rough concept to a working product.
Why Abhiman is exploring
I want to work with people who care deeply about building and move fast. I've learned a lot through freelance work, internships, and personal projects, but I think the fastest way to grow now is being around strong builders working on ambitious products. I'm looking for an environment where ownership is expected and execution matters more than process.
What won't fit on a resume
Most of the things I'm proud of aren't really bullet points on a resume. I've spent an unreasonable amount of time building side projects, experimenting with AI tools, and learning technologies just because I was curious. One example is GearOne, where I ended up building not just the mobile app but the backend, admin panel, payments, and deployment workflows. Another is going down the rabbit hole of AI coding agents, MCP servers, and developer tooling because I wanted to understand how these systems actually work instead of just using them. A pattern throughout my projects is that I usually end up taking ownership of things nobody explicitly asked me to solve. If something is broken, inefficient, or missing, I find it hard to ignore and usually end up building a fix for it.
