The story

What Adam is looking for

I want to start the day understanding what's broken or what users need, then actually fix it before the day ends. I would like team sync in the morning to align on problems and priorities, then heads-down building for the rest of it. I want that feeling at the end of the day where you ship something real and you can point to it. I lose track of time when a problem is hard enough to demand my full attention but clear enough that I know what "done" looks like.

Why Adam is exploring

I want to be inside a fast-moving startup where every skill I have is actually being used. I've been going to events around NYC meeting founders, seeing what people are building and it genuinely excites me. AI is reshaping everything and I want to be one of the people building with it, not watching from the sideline. I'm not looking for stability. I'm looking for the place where the work moves fast and the stakes are real.

What won't fit on a resume

I manage my brother's music career on the side. He's the creative, I handle everything technical and strategic. Helped grow him to 1,000+ monthly listeners and his top track hit 180K plays. When he wanted to launch a magazine media network, I built the site. When he wanted to move into fashion, I built that out too. It's basically a two-person startup. He comes up with the vision, I figure out how to make it real.
