What ADAZE is looking for
My dream role is somewhere in the middle of Product Designer and Design Engineer. I love the ability to create new ideas in my head and be able to execute on them quickly and tastefully. I lose track of time when I am solving complex problems that are at the forefront of something impactful, like in healthcare, agentic infrastructure or fintech. I want to be in a position where the design and engineering decisions are happening in the same conversation rather than in silos and those conversations have significant ripples throughout the system. I’m looking for a team that values visual appeal and technical curiosity and lets me own the entire lifecycle of a product.
Why ADAZE is exploring
I have spent the last few years shipping solutions for enterprise teams like Amazon and Omnicom, which taught me how to design for high-stakes environments where accuracy is everything. However, I have found that I am most fulfilled when I am building the engine and not just the body of the car. I get so excited working in smaller groups because my creativity and ingenuity are allowed to shine through. I am looking for a team that values a hybrid approach and isn't afraid to let me cross the line between really exciting design and business-driven function. I want to move away from the silos of big tech and toward a role where I can help define the next generation of product.
What won't fit on a resume
My resume shows a Biochemistry degree and a list of design tools, but it doesn't capture the scientific approach I take to building products. When I get frustrated by a problem, I tend to build a whole infrastructure to solve it. For example, I went down a deep rabbit hole building Scour because I hated how fragmented luxury resale felt. I ended up building a custom AI agent and an entity resolution layer from scratch to normalize data across thirty different platforms. I did something similar with Autopilot to automate my own job search. I wasn't satisfied with how standard PDF converters handled my layouts, so I used ReportLab to generate resumes that were pixel-precise to my Figma designs. I am the person who will spend all night fine-tuning a system prompt or a data pipeline just to make sure the user experience is perfect. I don’t just design digital experiences, I also work to build the tools that make them possible.
