What Aditya is looking for
I want to research protocols and turn that into content that actually moves the conversation. Day-to-day I'm analyzing on-chain data, breaking down mechanisms, spotting trends before they're obvious, then writing about it in ways that builders and investors actually read.
Why Aditya is exploring
My current project ran out of runway. We were building in crypto and the funding dried up. Happens. More importantly though, I've been doing the same research + content work for two years and I'm ready for something with more technical depth. I've won bounties, shipped campaigns, built communities, I know I can execute. Now I want to work on harder problems with better team. Also honestly just need to find something that pays. Been aggressive about applications because I don't have months to be picky. But I'm not desperate enough to take something misaligned just for a paycheck
What won't fit on a resume
I built Badchain from nothing, a blockchain that intentionally sent transactions to random wallets as satire of all the 'revolutionary L1s' launching. We got actual users and press coverage. That project taught me more about narrative positioning than any marketing course could. I've also written about 15 long form research pieces outside of bounties just because I found something interesting and wanted to understand it. No pay, no audience initially, just me going down rabbit holes. Most of my actual learning came from those, not the paid work. I learned to use Claude Code and set up data pipelines in the last month because I realized qualitative research alone wasn't enough. Self taught, built my first Python scripts, now pulling data from Dune Analytics. That's not on the resume yet because it's too recent, but it's what I'm actually working on
