The story

What ADITYA is looking for

I’m drawn to environments where there is no rigid playbook, where you are expected to think from first principles, take ownership end to end, and build things from zero to one. I want to be in a role where I am not just contributing to one function, but connecting the dots across product, marketing, and operations. Whether it’s shaping a GTM strategy, refining positioning, launching a campaign, or fixing a broken process, I enjoy honing outcomes. Equally important is the people in the workspace. I want to work with people who are sharp, honest, and obsessed with building something meaningful. A place where feedback is direct, standards are high, and output matters more than optics. Finally, my dream role is one where I can continue to compound. With the shift towards AI and new tools, I want to operate in environments that value speed, experimentation, and leverage. Somewhere I can combine my background in storytelling and strategy with systems thinking and emerging tech to build things that scale.

Why ADITYA is exploring

What’s pushing me to look right now is a combination of where I am personally and where the world is headed. Pursuing my MBA at Masters’ Union has been a big catalyst. It’s not just been academic, it’s forced me to zoom out and rethink how I want to build my career. I’ve moved from thinking in terms of roles to thinking in terms of leverage, systems, and long-term impact. Being exposed to AI, no-code tools, and rapid product building has also shifted how I evaluate opportunities. I now want to be in environments where speed and experimentation are the norm, not the exception. At the same time, the broader landscape is changing rapidly. With AI accelerating everything, it feels like we’re at an inflection point similar to the early internet era. The gap between people who can execute with leverage and those who can’t is widening quickly. That’s pushing me to be very intentional about where I spend my time and energy.

What won't fit on a resume

The stuff that doesn’t fit on my resume is usually the fastest and most chaotic things I’ve built. In my first term at Masters’ Union, I ran a dropshipping venture that hit about ₹2 lakh in revenue. It wasn’t just about the number, it was figuring things out on the fly. Product selection, creatives, ads, margins, all in real time with no safety net. That experience taught me more about consumer behavior and execution than any structured project. I’ve also built things purely out of urgency. For example, I once put together a fully functional website for a course within 24 hours, from idea to live. No overthinking, just shipping. On the creative side, I started an event IP which has now generated around ₹30 lakh in revenue. That came from combining my interest in music, community, and distribution. It wasn’t planned as a business initially, it grew because people showed up and it worked.
