What Anirudh is looking for
Small team, ai-native, building something consumers actually want to use. i want to own a surface end-to-end (talk to users monday, ship friday, see the metric move by next week). The part I lose time in is the loop between "what did we just learn from users" and "what are we shipping because of it." I don't want to be managing a roadmap someone else built. series a, 20-50 people, a team where taste and speed both matter.
Why Anirudh is exploring
Spent the last decade doing pm at bigger cos (c3 ai, healthcare) and the work that actually taught me something was always when i was closest to users and shipping fast. AI changed what a small team can build in a week and i want to be on one of those teams, not watching from a 200-person company.
What won't fit on a resume
I'm building a consumer voice ai product on the side (pantheon, real-time conversations with ai personas of authors and historical figures). 16.5k organic users across columbia, harvard, stanford with zero marketing spend. Built the multi-model voice stack (sub-200ms latency, ~1.5¢/min). The whole thing started because I couldn't stop thinking about that 1985 steve jobs line about asking aristotle a question. Also: faa-certified drone pilot, 4.4k followers on instagram (@visualsbyanirudh) from a photography practice i've run on the side for years. At c3 ai i took nps from -60 to +40. none of that is on the resume and all of it is more "who i am" than the bullet points are.
