What Camelia is looking for
I want to be one of the early team members taking the business's visual language from 0 to 1. I want to own the creative direction of the brand, work with product, get more experience understanding users. I don’t want to be micro managed and I want to own my work in every aspect.
Why Camelia is exploring
My last company was a great place to work until it wasn’t. The culture became toxic and I got burned out. I’m looking for a fast paced place where every day is a new challenge and I can come up with feedback and ideas and not be pushed back. I’ve been freelancing these past months but it’s time to get back in the action.
What won't fit on a resume
Built the whole brand design system in my last job, there was none at the time, brought in Novo Nordisk as a partner for them with a super professional deck design done in 6 hours, build a deck for the first founding round from only the logo which eventually got the company to raise 7M in the first round, set up workflows and knowledge base for my design team which improved work in less than a month. Fun fact - I bore people with random information about fonts I see around when walking on the street or seeing some piece of print.
