The story

What Cyusa is looking for

Designing products where the stakes are real and the feedback loop is short. I want to be close enough to users that I can see what breaks, close enough to engineering that I can help fix it, and trusted enough that my design decisions actually ship. The best days are when I am mapping a workflow in the morning, wireframing a solution by afternoon, and in a review with engineering by end of day. I also want to be in the room when the design gets built not handing off a file and disappearing, but staying close to implementation, catching the gaps, and making sure what ships matches what was designed down to the last detail. No crumbs left on the table.

Why Cyusa is exploring

I am currently designing at AC Group and it has been formative work. But I am ready for a role where I am not the only designer, where I can learn from people who are better than me, and where the product has the kind of scale that makes design decisions matter at a level beyond what I can reach in my current context.

What won't fit on a resume

I built an internal operational support portal using Cursor and Claude to replace the WhatsApp threads our team was using to track commuter issues. Nobody asked me to. It started as a frustration and became a real tool. That is probably the most honest signal of how I work, I see a broken system and I cannot leave it broken.
