What David is looking for
I've almost always worked with startups (you can check my LinkedIn, Im telling you the actual truth). I want to work on products from scratch or newly created ones where I can have more freedom to talk and give ideas to the founders, have the freedom to create features, fix bugs, give my ideas, and work with people focused at the same level. And, if possible, have some equity participation
Why David is exploring
My current company has a fantastic product and a great work environment, but the salary is very low and I haven't been receiving new challenges frequently because we're a small team and currently everyone is more focused on marketing. Furthermore, all the employees (except me and one other person) have full-time jobs and treat our current work as an unpaid part-time position. I don't want to stagnate.
What won't fit on a resume
I'm always publishing some new projects, I follow indie-hackers quite often I'd say.
