What ekaksh is looking for
i think i work best when i’m given an ambiguous problem and left to figure it out end to end most of my work has been like that anyway -> building things from scratch without really knowing everything upfront and just learning by doing i like trying different approaches, breaking things, fixing them, and optimizing for what actually works in the real use case while still shipping fast the best setup for me is a small team where i can influence product thinking, think through edge cases, talk to users, and make sure the final product feels clean and reliable in someone’s hand i don’t enjoy just implementing things in isolation, i’d rather be close to the problem and build the right thing
Why ekaksh is exploring
over the last couple of roles i’ve mostly worked in early stage environments, building things from scratch and figuring things out as we go. that’s where i think i’ve done my best work right now i just want more of that, but with a stronger focus on product and engineering together i want to get better at that intersection, not just building features but understanding what should be built and why so the kind of growth i’m looking for is in roles where i can work across product and engineering, not just one side of it
What won't fit on a resume
