The story
What Faraz is looking for
I want to work on products where design is part of shaping what gets built, not just how it looks. Small, high-ownership teams where I can move from ambiguity to execution quickly talking to users, structuring problems, and shipping systems that actually change behaviour. I lose track of time when I’m trying to simplify complex ideas especially where technology meets real-world action. I’m less interested in polishing surfaces and more interested in designing how things work at a systems level. I’m particularly interested in behaviour what makes people stay, what makes them resonate.
Why Faraz is exploring
I’m at a stage where I want to be closer to product outcomes and decisions. I’ve realised I’m most motivated when I can see a direct connection between the work I do and how users behave or change. I’m not looking because something is “wrong” I’m looking because I want to be in environments that move faster, think more long-term about systems, and treat design as part of building the product, not a support function Humane-AI interactions.
What won't fit on a resume
I’ve been independently exploring how behavioural loops and AI-driven systems intersect — like designing systems that convert passive digital engagement into real-world participation. This led me to experiment with concepts around social momentum, habit loops, and identity signalling. I’ve also mentored over 100 design students, which unexpectedly became a systems problem: how to structure learning so people actually execute instead of just consume content. That experience shaped how I think about motivation, feedback loops, and product adoption.
