The story

What Gaurav is looking for

I am most effective when serving as the connective tissue between engineering squads and the C-suite, specifically in roles like Head of Program Management, Director of Product Operations, or Implementation Lead. In this capacity, I thrive by turning organizational ambiguity into execution discipline—designing the automated frameworks and AI-native workflows that allow a company to scale from $10M to $100M without losing its agility.

Why Gaurav is exploring

What won't fit on a resume

The most interesting parts of my career are the ones that don't fit into a bullet point, like the time I built a churn rate predictor at Komodo Health because I wanted to move from reactive to proactive delivery. Instead of waiting for a client to complain, I went down a data rabbit hole using BigQuery and Python to identify the specific usage patterns that signaled an account was in trouble. It was a project I started just to see if the data could tell a better story, and it ended up giving our team lead time to save at-risk accounts. I did something similar at ArisGlobal when a massive implementation hit a wall. The engineers were frustrated and the executives were confused, so I stepped in as a translator. I threw out the old playbook and built a hybrid model that gave the leadership the long term roadmaps they needed while letting the developers work in fast, agile sprints to clear technical blockers. That pivot did not just save the project; it turned a failing account into a million dollar success story with a multi year extension. Over the last 6 months I have been diving deep into building personal project agents using frameworks like Langgraph, CrewAI, and OpenaiSDK.
