The things that don’t fit on a resume are the texture of who I am at work: how I think, how I handle people, and what I’m willing to grind through when no one is watching. It’s the way I keep pushing on a problem even when the path isn’t clear, how much I care about coaching others and being honest with them, and the fact that I’ll still speak up if I think we’re making a bad call
