What Harshit is looking for
My dream role is a high ownership engineering role where I can work on product and platform architecture, not just individual features. I enjoy building scalable systems, developer platforms, and AI powered products that help teams move faster and ship better software. I do my best work in small fast moving teams where I can take ownership from idea to production and have a real impact on the product and users
Why Harshit is exploring
I have spent the last few years working a lot on frontend platforms, developer tooling, and internal systems. That work was very impactful, but now I am looking to move closer to full stack, end to end product development, where I can own features from backend to frontend to deployment and create more impact.
What won't fit on a resume
I built a tool that copies localStorage between dev, staging, and prod, so we didn’t have to repeat the full login and setup flow every time while testing config driven apps. I also built a small utility that let us switch between backend pods via WebSocket without restarting the webpack dev server, which made development and debugging much faster. Apart from tooling, I built VymoRAG, an internal RAG system that syncs knowledge from Slack and Confluence, generates embeddings, and provides a real time Q&A system using LLMs. I built the ingestion pipeline, embeddings, vector storage, and streaming response system end to end. It started as an experiment to see if we could reduce time spent searching for internal information, and it ended up being used across the product , solutioning and engg team.
