What Hritik is looking for
The work that excites me most is turning ambiguous ideas into products that people actually use. I lose track of time when I'm deep in solving hard engineering problems, whether that's designing scalable systems, building AI-powered products, or obsessing over the small details that make software feel fast and intuitive.
Why Hritik is exploring
My previous role ended as part of a broader organizational restructuring, so I'm looking for my next opportunity. More importantly, I'm looking for a place where I can work on challenging engineering problems, have meaningful ownership, and continue growing by building products at scale.
What won't fit on a resume
Outside of work, I spend a lot of my time building products from scratch. Recently, I've been building Snoolink, an AI-powered platform that makes videos searchable using multimodal AI and semantic search, and I love going down rabbit holes to understand how systems work, from vector search and retrieval pipelines to building developer tools and AI infrastructure from first principles.
