i lose track of time when I am building something excited. It means that I can show my full potential with meaningful products and supportive team. This would be perfect match and dream role for me. I would want ownership and it would be amazing to have role that let's me build the product without hesitation.
Why Ismail is exploring
i was working at a startup called "Stash" we had great product but couldn't find the market fit for one year and runway ended, i worked there for 1+ year and it get closed. i went for military service for one month and I am ready to build relentlessly again.
What won't fit on a resume
with the recent developments of ai, i care more about character. I am a human being that brings character and energy into the team, you can't understand this from resume. Everyone wants this type of teammate but at the sametime everyone get caught on little technical details. You can fix and learn technical stuff easily these days, character ? you gotta feed it from day one you got into this world so, this is what i can pour into. let me cook.
