What Kenny is looking for
Ideal setup is a smaller, high-talent team building something real, where I can help shape narrative, go-to-market, content, launches, and growth systems end-to-end. I like being close to the product, close to leadership, and close to the market. I’m at my best when I can take something complex or early, figure out how to make people care, and then build the engine that turns that clarity into traction. Day to day, that looks like a mix of positioning, content strategy, launch planning, writing, creative direction, partner collaboration, and using signal from the market to keep refining the message. I like roles where there’s enough autonomy to move fast, enough ambition to matter, and enough trust that good ideas can actually become shipped work. I’m less interested in being one small piece of a giant machine. I’m much more energized by roles where taste, judgment, and execution all matter. I've been a founder so I can execute, trouble shoot and iterate quickly. High confidence, low ego and love feedback.
Why Kenny is exploring
In short, I'm looking for a strong team of people that match my energy. I’ve spent the last several years building my own company, which has been one of the most demanding and valuable experiences of my career. It pushed me to grow across product narrative, fundraising, partnerships, GTM, content, community, and execution under pressure. I’m proud of what I built, but I’m at a point where I want to bring that range into a stronger team and apply it at scale in a more focused operating role. A big part of it is that I know I’m best in fast-moving environments where there’s real ambition, a high bar, and room to contribute beyond a narrow job description. I’m not looking because I’m disengaged. I’m looking because I want to be in the kind of environment where I can do some of my best work with other strong people, and where the work has real momentum behind it. I’m especially interested in teams building in AI, crypto, frontier tech, or other spaces where the product is strong but the narrative and growth opportunity are still wide open.
What won't fit on a resume
A lot of the most useful things I bring don’t show up neatly on a resume. I’m unusually good at taking something messy, technical, early, or hard to explain and finding the story that makes it click. That applies to products, brands, fundraising decks, launch strategy, partnerships, and content systems. I’ve had to do that over and over as a founder; often without a big team, perfect data, or much margin for error. I also tend to operate well in ambiguity. I’m comfortable zooming out to figure out what the real problem is, then zooming back in and doing the actual work to move it forward. That might mean writing, building a deck, shaping messaging, directing creative, tightening a launch plan, or figuring out how to get more leverage out of a small team. Outside of the standard resume bullets, I’ve built pitch decks, data rooms, grant materials, whitepapers, launch campaigns, partnership narratives, social systems, and internal workflows using AI and Python to speed up analysis and iteration. I’m also someone who genuinely cares about taste. Not in a precious way - in a way that makes the work stronger, clearer, and harder to ignore. On the fun and more personal side, I've traveled all over, play music, play soccer, snowboard and occasionally pretend I can surf.
