The story
What Liam is looking for
I want creative freedom and the ability to own a product from design into development. I also want to work at a company where everyone is extremely passionate about the work they're doing and cares deeply about all facets of the product.
Why Liam is exploring
I was recently affected by layoffs but before that had already started looking for new opportunities. My role did not live up to how I thought it would, and I ended up doing a lot of backend work, not frontend and design work. I want a more creative role going forwards that ideally still blends in dev work.
What won't fit on a resume
I love finding ways to turn my passions into money. Starting from selling shoes throughout middle and high school and then transitioning to mechanical keyboards when the hobby became wildly popular over quarantine. I imported and sold 12k+ mechanical keyboard switches in a few months and began designing and prototyping an original keyboard design.
