What Lukasz is looking for
I want to take full responsibility for the product UX part and own the product end-to-end. I work in crypto, which is a very fast environment, and I'm really aligned with that. I am not just a designer who pushes just pixels, so I want to have an impact on the product strategy
Why Lukasz is exploring
I work in an agency, which has its own limitations for a product designer, because where the project ends, the new clients come, and I don't have an opportunity to validate my design decision, to go deep into user research. I just wanted to change that type of the company to a product one.
What won't fit on a resume
As a senior product designer, I provide a realistic value to my clients, improving UX metrics or KPIs that we assume at the start. I'm really interesting in design trends. I follow crypto trends and recent design patterns, and I always try to do my best in the next project.
