What Manav is looking for
I enjoy building products, improving and automating operational workflows, and using technology to solve real problems. The work that makes me lose track of time is taking an idea from scratch to something people actually use, whether that’s a new feature, an internal tool, or an automation that saves people hours of manual work.
Why Manav is exploring
I’m looking because I feel I’ve reached a point where I’m ready for a bigger challenge and more ownership. I’ve learned a lot in my current role and had the opportunity to improve processes and build tools that made a real impact, but I’m looking for an environment where I can solve a wider range of problems, learn faster, and contribute more directly to the growth of the business.
What won't fit on a resume
One project I’m particularly proud of is BOLLY.io, a daily Bollywood movie guessing game I built from scratch. It organically reached over 10,000 page views in a day, and seeing strangers come back every day to play was a great validation that simple products can still be engaging. More recently, I launched HOLLY.gg, a Hollywood version designed for a global audience.
