What Michael is looking for
I want to help growth companies define their product and go to market strategy. But in addition to strategy, I want to embed AI into every aspect of the decision making and the development process to rapidly synthesize market signals and customer feedback, and quickly get solutions into the market.
Why Michael is exploring
I've spent decades working for large companies that are conservative and slow moving. I've recently started my own company as a fractional product executive focused on helping start-up and growth companies expand their product portfolio and drive revenue. I'm interested in finding companies where my experience can make an immediate impact in the success of company.
What won't fit on a resume
I've spent the last few months getting deeper into vibe coding and AI agents. I'm building a few agents to help automate my daily workflow - especially in the area of synthesizing the various sources of market research and streamlining the process of identifying market trends and signals for new technology & product decisions. Looking to open this up to a broader community of friendly users.
