I want to work at an environment where I am allowed to have end-to-end ownership on my tasks/features. I can ship fast, contribute on the product side, talk to users and do more than just writing code.

What won't fit on a resume
At my last org, Peanut, I took the initiative of improving the money deposit flow in the app. Before that we were using a unreliable provider, when I talked to some users about feedback the deposit flow was the biggest thing everyone flagged. I found a better provider, came up with the plan to ship in 2 weeks with the founders and owned the revamp end-to-end. Result - less support tickets related to deposit flow, $100k+ deposits into the protocol in 1 week of launch of the new flow.
