What NEESHANT is looking for
somewhere i can just do good work end to end and have it actually matter. i don't really care about the title. I care that what i ship is solid and that the people around me give a damn about quality too.
Why NEESHANT is exploring
i'm at a japanese startup right now and the language barrier is just too big. i can do the work, but i can't really communicate at the level i want to, and it's holding me back. looking for somewhere i can actually contribute fully.
What won't fit on a resume
