What om is looking for
i like being close to the thing that’s being built. not just coding one part and passing it on. i want to see an idea go from nothing to something people actually use. small team, quick moves, less noise. i care more about momentum than perfection.
Why om is exploring
i can feel when i’m getting comfortable, and i don’t like that. i’d rather be slightly overwhelmed and learning than doing the same thing on repeat. i think i haven’t hit my real pace yet.
What won't fit on a resume
i follow random curiosity a lot. sometimes it turns into something useful, sometimes it doesn’t. i’ve rebuilt things just because they didn’t feel right, not because they were broken. i spend more time exploring than finishing, but that’s where most of my learning comes from.
