What Radiance is looking for
We do our best work when we’re not just executing design, but embedded into the product team. The ideal setup for us is owning a part of the product end-to-end — understanding the business, users, and constraints, and translating that into clear systems, flows, and interfaces. We enjoy working closely with founders and product teams, especially in fast-moving environments where decisions are quick and design is part of product thinking, not just a final layer. Our goal is to make products easier to build, scale, and use — not just better looking.
