The story

What Raghav is looking for

I want to own product experiences end-to-end. A small team where designers and engineers sit close to the problem, ship fast, and iterate based on real user feedback. The kind of environment where you can go from idea → prototype → production in days, not months. I enjoy the intersection of design and engineering. Building the interface, thinking through UX decisions, and implementing it myself. The moments where I lose track of time are usually when I'm crafting product experiences. Turning messy ideas into something people can actually use.

Why Raghav is exploring

I’ve spent the last year working as a design engineer at a Web3 e-commerce startup where I helped build the marketplace and seller dashboard from the ground up. That experience made me realize I enjoy early-stage environments where you’re close to the product and the impact is visible. Now I’m looking for a team where I can keep operating at that level of ownership. A place that values people who can both design and build, and where speed and product thinking matter more than rigid roles.

What won't fit on a resume

At my last startup, I ended up doing much more than my title suggested. I designed and developed the entire marketplace and seller dashboard from scratch. From early UX decisions to building the frontend system itself. That product became the core of what the company showed investors and helped secure about $300k in pre-seed funding, while also onboarding 2,000+ users and sellers onto the platform. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time writing and breaking down ideas. I’m pretty good at writing long-form Twitter threads, especially around product, design, and technology. I’ve also taken on freelance work with early-stage startups, usually helping them design and build product interfaces quickly. Those projects taught me how to move fast, work directly with founders, and ship things that actually get used rather than just look good in a portfolio.
