What Ronak is looking for
I feel extremely motivated when I go deep into a technical concept and come out with an end-to-end implementation and gets shipped. For example, a colleague built an MCP server that writes dart code as per our custom design system standards, I was new to MCP servers, I got excited and spent hours and hours trying to perfect what he started such that we get to a point where AI neither hallucinates not does it generates unexpected results. In my dream role I'd be working with a team of experts, where we exchange our knowledge and I keep on discovering cutting edge developments.
Why Ronak is exploring
My current company has amazing culture and freedom to experiment, however I am skeptical on the growth of the company as well as my own career at the company. I am looking for the right fit where I do not have to worry about the future and I can keep owning the products that I build to the best of my ability.
What won't fit on a resume
Built one of the first youtube channels that teach Flutter, built a community of 10K+ developers and hundreds of thousands of views later, discovered the true power of YouTube when I got freelancing as well as job opportunities. Built iOS app called MyMoney - simple and effective expense tracker. Built MajesticUI - Shadcn equivalent for Flutter, my first github project that got an open source contribution. Developed N8N project that takes tailors users resume to a particular job CV via telegram and return a PDF of the resume.
