What Saumya is looking for
I want to own features end-to-end, from user conversations to production code. Small team where I'm not writing tickets someone else defined. I lose track of time deep in performance problems or building something from scratch that users actually touch. Spent 6 years at VdoCipher with that kind of ownership and I want the same at a company solving a harder problem.
Why Saumya is exploring
Six years at VdoCipher, built most of what needed building. Moved to Dubai, want a team that pushes me technically again. Spent the last 6 months going deep on AI, built 8 projects including RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems, and I want to bring that to a team actually shipping AI, not just talking about it.

Migrated 100TB/month from AWS to GCP with zero downtime.
