What Sourabh is looking for
Honestly, my ideal day isn’t about a role or title it’s about working on problems where I can see a direct impact. I like starting with numbers, figuring out what’s actually moving and what’s not, and then getting into fixing it. That could be reworking a funnel, changing the messaging, or spotting a gap in the system that’s costing revenue. The kind of work where I completely lose track of time is when I’m building or optimizing something end-to-end connecting ads, content, CRM, and sales into one flow that actually converts. I enjoy being in that zone where you’re testing, tweaking, and suddenly something clicks and you know it’s going to scale. I don’t really get energy from just executing tasks it’s more about solving, building, and owning outcomes where you can clearly see the business grow because of what you did.
Why Sourabh is exploring
Honestly, it’s not coming from a bad place I’m not trying to escape something. It’s more that I’ve reached a point where I want to operate at a higher level and be closer to real impact. I’ve spent the last few years building and running growth end-to-end, and I’ve seen what works when you own outcomes, not just execution. Right now, I’m looking for an environment where that’s the expectation where decisions move fast, work ties directly to revenue, and I can focus on building systems that scale rather than just managing pieces of it. I want to be in a place where I’m challenged, where there’s real ownership, and where the ceiling is high enough to keep pushing myself.
What won't fit on a resume
What doesn’t show up on my resume is how I actually operate I’m very outcome focused and don’t get attached to ideas, only what drives results. I’m comfortable working in ambiguity, figuring things out from scratch, and moving fast without overthinking. I also value direct, honest communication because it keeps things simple and helps move faster.
