What Stephen is looking for
I am the technical lead for Ai for a company where I work between multiple teams and mentor multiple staff and lead engineers. I focus on accelerating software development through deterministic and probabilistic new SDLC steps. I also empower non-technical empolyees to provide a level of excellence and care way beyond what was possible several years ago. Lastly, I work on customer facing AI initiatives (no chat bots!) that remove uncertainty, risk and make a solution for the customer that they don't have to worry about the problems that my company solves. I get flexibility to investigate, speak and write about innovations in the area of AI at a local, regional and national level.
Why Stephen is exploring
I have a track record of building multi-billion dollar solutions and I also have years of production ML results in both the traditional and generative arenas. Knowing this, I want to find a great fit in the changing market.
What won't fit on a resume
I have experience delivering 0->1 business and business lines in retail, e-commerce and SaaS. I am a thought leader and provide guidance to C-level executives on where the real value in AI lives. I speak at multiple conferences a year and provide mentorship and technical career development to software and ML engineers.
