What TANISHA is looking for
i want to be the person who decides why we're building something, not just how it looks. a team small enough that i'm in the room when strategy happens, where i can pull from behavioral psychology, run my own research, and shape the product logic, not just the UI. i've done the "here's a ticket, make it pretty" thing. it made me miserable. i want messy, ambiguous problems where figuring out the real question is the work.
Why TANISHA is exploring
i've been working since i was 16, ux, growth, vc, research, product consulting, even made it to the final rounds of indian air force selection. i've had range. what i haven't had is depth on one team, one problem, for long enough to see my decisions compound. i'm done collecting experiences and ready to commit to one that lets me go deep.
What won't fit on a resume
i invented a productivity framework called context blocks from 3 months of daily journaling data on my own procrastination patterns, and now i'm turning it into a product. i built a butterfly-catching easter egg on my portfolio that tracks a global catch count across all visitors. i reverse engineered my depression using first principles & psychology and currently using those systems to work through my undiagnosed adhd (i've a strong hunch ive it lol). i also built a sector intelligence report generator for a boutique investment bank that reduces their draft to publish to 36 hours compared to 1 week earlier. i also created a custom dietician app for my friends that auto-adjusts the meal for the day based on user data during the day. i built perspective lab that lets users reframe their limiting thoughts which some people said made them feel seen and gave actionable steps.
