The story

What Thomas is looking for

I seek a lot of purpose in value creation. My dream role is owning the narrative for a product I believe in and building mutual value. Taking something complex or early-stage and figuring out how to position it so the right people care. I want to be close enough to the product to shape what we build, and close enough to the market to know why it matters. I do my best work when I'm given clear goals and the autonomy to figure out how to hit them. Very anti micro-management, very pro results driven decision making.

Why Thomas is exploring

I've spent the last year building growth and product marketing at a Web3 startup, but I'm realizing I want to be at a company where the growth strategy is grounded in real product value and not just hype cycles. I've worked with enough early-stage teams to know the difference between talking about value creation and actually delivering it, and I want my next role to be somewhere that takes that seriously. I'm looking for a team where PMM has a real seat at the table and the product direction is something I can get behind and champion authentically.

What won't fit on a resume

I saw an opportunity in our product rewards flow and built a funnel that channeled that momentum into our Twitter presence. drove 400,000+ genuine twitter followers that massively boosted our reach and largely attributed to overall Testnet campaign success. On the ops side, I got obsessed with how much we were spending on repeatable marketing work. Automated chunks of the workflow, blind-tested it against contractor output, and cut $8k/month in spend with no drop in quality.
