What Vansh is looking for
My dream role is where I get to own problems end to end. I enjoy work where I can understand the problem deeply, think through the product and technical side, build fast, ship, and keep improving based on feedback. The kind of work that makes me lose track of time is usually 0 to 1 building, system design, AI workflows, backend architecture, and product features that people actually use. I like messy problems where there is no obvious path and I need to figure things out from scratch. Breaking those down, designing scalable systems, and turning them into something real is what excites me the most. The ideal setup for me is a strong team with high ownership, fast execution, and engineers who are trusted to think beyond just implementation. I want my work to directly create visible impact, whether that means improving a business workflow, saving hours of manual effort, or building something users genuinely love.
Why Vansh is exploring
Honestly, I feel like I’m working really hard, taking strong ownership, and consistently delivering high-impact systems, but the compensation and growth are not aligned with the level of value I’m creating. Over time I’ve taken on bigger responsibilities across AI systems, automations, backend services, internal platforms, and cross-functional problem solving. A lot of the work involves figuring things out from scratch, driving architecture decisions, working closely with stakeholders, and taking projects all the way to production. At this point, I want to be in an environment where this level of output is valued better, both in terms of compensation, ownership, and long-term growth. I’m not switching just for the sake of change. I want bigger problems, stronger engineering culture, and a place where the rewards match the impact.
What won't fit on a resume
What usually doesn’t show fully is how naturally I gravitate toward building things outside assigned work too. I genuinely enjoy spotting friction in workflows, product experiences, or systems and thinking about how to solve them in the cleanest and most scalable way. A lot of my best work starts from curiosity. Sometimes it’s a product idea, sometimes a side project, sometimes a workflow that feels inefficient and I just can’t stop thinking about how to improve it. I also really enjoy building communities and developer-focused ecosystems, creating things that people keep coming back to because they solve a real need. That builder instinct of seeing problems everywhere and wanting to create better systems around them is probably the biggest thing about how I work.
