What Vidhi is looking for
I love ideation, people, and checking off things on my task list. I thrive with founders who have a vision, and know what they want. I am very good at being the right hand man to founders, having worked in very close proximity to multiple founders (including my last job where I built the company with the co-founders from scratch, going from 10 employees to 150 employees)
Why Vidhi is exploring
I worked for many many years, burnt myself out, and took a two year break to go to grad school. I am back with new energy, more skilled, and excited to work again. I think I might have over done it the last time, but this time I know better on sustained energy instead of burning myself out. Working smarter, not harder.
What won't fit on a resume
In college I lead a team of 700 girls to host our college's annual cultural festival. I have a weird knack of reading people's intentions. I have a grilled cheese sandwich tattooed on me. I'm trying to learn spanish -- i want to live in Spain some day. I am currently in the middle of writing an MA thesis, despite not being in an MA program (doing it for funsies)
