What Vyom is looking for
I want to work in a small, high-velocity team where I can own systems end-to-end — from idea to deployment — and see real users interact with what I build. I’m most engaged when I’m designing and building AI systems, especially ones involving real-time interaction, agents, and human-AI interfaces. I enjoy solving messy, undefined problems and turning them into working products. I don’t want to just implement tickets — I want to think about the system, the user, and the impact, and ship things that actually matter.
Why Vyom is exploring
I’ve reached a point where building on my own has shown me what I enjoy most — working on complex systems and turning ideas into real products. Now I’m looking for an environment where I can move faster, learn from strong builders, and work on problems at a larger scale. I want to be around people who are thinking deeply about systems, not just features.
What won't fit on a resume
A lot of my time goes into exploring ideas that don’t have clear outcomes at the start — like experimenting with local LLMs, building small agent pipelines, or trying to improve how humans interact with software. Heliox actually started as one of those explorations. I wasn’t trying to build a product initially — I was trying to understand how far I could push local AI systems and real-time interaction. That curiosity-driven approach is how most of my projects begin. I also enjoy breaking down systems I use daily and thinking about how they could be redesigned with AI at the core, which often leads to new prototypes.
