The story
What Yash is looking for
I like owning a problem end to end whether I'm heads-down solving it alone or coordinating across people to ship it. I lose track of time in the build-and-debug loop, especially on a gnarly UX or integration problem where the fix has to feel invisible to the user. I do my best work in fast but flexible environments where I'm trusted to figure out the "how."
Why Yash is exploring
I'm looking for more autonomy and trust. My current role leans heavily on micromanagement and constant manufactured urgency, which crowds out the focused, ownership-driven work I'm best at. I want a place that moves fast because the work demands it not because pressure is the default setting.
What won't fit on a resume
The thread in everything I build is killing onboarding friction the gap between "user wants to do X" and "user has done X." That obsession is why I built $WAIRREN, an AI agent on Base you literally have to persuade to invest, just to mess with how behavioral interaction could work in DeFi — and why I've gone down rabbit holes from account abstraction and gasless transactions to writing a custom MetaMask Snap. It carries into my current work, where I own the frontend for a product serving ~200k users.
