The most technically differentiated product is Hero Vision, an AI–powered image capture system that uses cameras mounted on collection trucks to automatically photograph and verify each pickup as it happens. The images are timestamped, geotagged, and fed into the platform in real time, creating an auditable record of every service interaction. The software penetration in this segment is almost nonexistent by modern standards. Hauler Hero is the same thesis applied to a market that is, if anything, more fragmented, more underserved, and more structurally sticky than the one ServiceTitan conquered.
